Joining as a Senior Member of Chepstow Tennis Club includes

• Free access to the tennis facilities.

• Social sessions each week with balls provided.

• Entry into Club Tournaments.

• Opportunity to play competitive league tennis

• Entry into the draw for Wimbledon tickets.

• Membership of the tennis section brings automatic membership of Chepstow Athletic club. This includes use of the members bar, changing rooms and other facilities including reduced hire rates for the ballroom (contact the bar staff for more information).

• Have your say and help to run the club by becoming a committee member and through the Annual Meeting.

Fees

Full Adult  - £100

Full Family - £220

Intermediates & students - £40.00*

Primary School pupils - £25.00*

OAP - £60

Restricted Adult - £50 (adults who only play Monday to Friday before 4pm.)

* 50% discount for children of full Adult members

Membership runs April to April

Reduced subscriptions are available through the year as follows: 50% after 1st September & 75% after 1st January.

What to do now......

1. On receipt of your emailed membership application form we will e-mail you with details of how and where you send the cheque (to the Membership Secretary).

2. Once this form has been completed and submitted to the Membership Secretary you may start to use the club facilities.

3. All applications are acknowledged with a welcome letter. Included will be a shoe tag that must be placed on your tennis shoe laces. This is visible proof of your membership and any player not displaying their shoe tag will be challenged.

4. There is a combination lock on the tennis courts.  The combination for the lock will be revealed when you receive our welcome letter.   This number is regularly changed, so giving us your email address is important.

5. The Chepstow Athletic Club (CAC) Membership card will be forwarded as soon as the Athletic Club has processed it and should be carried at all times when using the club facilities, producing upon request.

Please provide your email address, as this is easiest (and cheapest) way for us to communicate with members. Don't forget to tell us if it changes.
